The Fen House - Fort Bragg, California
This is a new custom residence on a beautiful ocean view lot we are in the process of building in Fort Bragg, California. The Architect, Frank Glazewski, has finished the construction drawings and the Coastal Development Permit process is complete. The plans are currently in plan check and we have started the bid process for the project. Please be sure to visit our Photo Galleries for an updated view of the project.
Plan 11 - Glenwood Avenue Subdivision
We have had numerous requests to design a smaller, affordable plan for our Glenwood Avenue Subdivision in Chico, so here it is. This house will have a couple different options for the master bedroom, as well as an option for a third car garage. We're hoping to get one started this summer, so check back soon.
