Jay and Linda Halbert
Jay and Linda are both from Northern California - Jay from Chico, and Linda from Chester. They attended Humboldt University, graduating as newlyweds.
While Linda received a degree in English, and Jay's was in Fisheries Biology, their dream was to become homebuilders. Growing up in Northern California, they love the outdoors and can often be found hiking in upper Bidwell Park, Lassen National Park, or cross-country skiing at Lake Almanor.
Their diverse educational backgrounds and a strong environmental awareness has helped shape their unique business model for Shastan Homes.
Beau and Holli Anderson
Beau and Holli are responsible for the day to day operations of Sales and Construction Management for Shastan Homes.
Beau and Holli are both Chico natives, and enjoy the outdoors and traveling. They have two great kids - a daughter, Venice who is 4, enjoys soccer and swimming. Broen, their 10 month old son, enjoys...uh, well, biting things...he's only 10 months old.
Holli is currently attending college here in Chico, and is an avid runner. Beau would rather be golfing, but since he has his contractor's license, we like to make him work building houses. Sorry Beau.
